Vlad and Jay met on the internet in 2003. They were the first to team up in the Independent Action Film Circle. After a bunch of discussion about films and martial arts, they decided to meet in person and make a film together. "The Girl" was the first of many collaborations and they frequently call each other to partake in whatever films they have lined up.
