Been really busy with the movies and school so I haven't been able to update the site frequently. So here is a recap of all the releases and news since March.

Comic Con was awesome. Got to see friends, The Stunt People, Pure Pwnage, Mega64, and had a chance to meet some of our nice fans.

Action on Film Festival was awesome as well. Got to meet Dan McDonald from Canada for the first time after talking on the internet for 6 years. Aim for the Heart was a big hit amongst the viewers in attendance, which got us some contacts with other directors, screenwriters, and actresses.

I recently submitted a short film for the Stranglehold's True to John Woo Contest. The rule was to produce a two and a half minute short film that is true to John Woo's style of filmmaking. The film was written by me and newcomer, Joan Hurwit and filmed by another newcomer, Omar Gaieck of MMK Films. The cast includes Joan and me of course and introduces yet another newcomer, Trever Love. John Clover, JR Dudley, Fernando Ramos, Jon "Masterkiller67" Truei, and Adriane McKean make their presence in the movie as well.

Last night I found that Gunpoint was mentioned among the top indy action films of 2005 in an article on a Czech Republic film site:

Now I don't know if the movie is being complemented or bashed, but they seem to like Kiersten. It's a pretty cool article, but it's hard to translate with the online translators. The biggest clue to the details of that article is that they listed some of the best independent online action shorts of last year including The Stunt People's Undercut and Kampfansage: The Movie. Pretty cool discovery though.

It's been a while ey? I've been wrestling in the independent circuit and filming whatever I can with the new equipment I got. I have been very busy lately, so I haven't been able to edit them into some coherent form.

 You'll notice that I changed the index page with a temporary picture. I'm working on a new or updated index picture since it would be nice to have some changes here and there. The picture on the page is from a very very short short film (not a typo). It is actually a proposal for the director of the upcoming Grossmont College play, The Tragical History of Dr. Faustus (which I am an actor and video designer of). It was met with approval from the director and all of the designers and it will actually be used in a scene that I'm in. I made this design proposal into a short movie called Alternate Creation. It is a test to see if that Waking Life-esque tutorial worked.
And it did. Thanks to the guy who developed it.

One of pro wrestling's great athletes/performers died yesterday. Eddie Guerrero was one of my favorite wrestlers, who for 9 years I've watched wrestle every week. Not only was he one of the most talented and humble wrestlers in the business, he overcame drug and alcohol addiction, became a man of faith and was a model human being. A great man and an inspiration to all.

I hurt my ankle during the show last night. Sustained a few injuries from rehearsals and from performances.

My injury list from the play, Rosencrans and Guildenstern are Dead:
Bruised lower back
Bruised knees
Injured shoulder
Torn lower abdominal muscle
Laceration on right index finger (had to go to the hospital cause the bleeding wouldn't stop)
Bruised left thumb
Rolled the ankle

Suffice to say I'm pretty beat up from the show. I have three more shows to do and Vlad is coming over to film the rest of the fight for Gunpoint today.

I (Jay) made a few changes to the site myself. I reorganized some of the movie pages and added more to Tony's bio. I'm going to put screenshots by each movie info. Yeah, I know, some of the apostrophes and quotation marks are seen as question marks. I fixed most of it.
