Jon met Jay in an online action films forum in 2006. He had always been a fan of martial arts action films, but he never had much success experimenting with the genre. After talking for many months with Jay and other forum members in group chats, Jon finally met Jay in person while Jay was visiting Joey Min of Team Fistylez on the East Coast, and collaborated with them on Test Fight: The Movie 4. Working with Jay and Joe has inspired Jon to put more effort into action filmmaking, and it has now become one of his regular pastimes.
