John was first a fan of Jabronie Pictures. He commented on Fernando's movies on the Stunt People message board frequently. After revealing that he lived in San Diego as well, they met for the first time at Fernando's work. Soon after, they became good friends and he started helping out with the films. He eventually became a primary member due to his tremendous contributions to the group.
